Raw Vegan Almond Maca And Coconut Chocolate


70g Cacao Butter , Melted
20d Coconut Oil , melted
15g Coconut Butter (not oil) , Melted
55ml maple Syrup
55g cacao Powder
1 tsp Maca Powder
2 tbsp Almond Butter
Pinch Of Salt
Pinch Of Cinnamon

Sift Cacao powder in a bowl and add the salt, cinnamon and maca powder than give it a light stir to combine. Melt cacao butter, coconut oil, coconut butter and almond butter in a bowl and add the maple syrup (or other sweetener) to warm up just slightly (you can melt all of them in the same bowl over a sauce pan with hot water) . Add all melted ingredients to dry ingredients and gently stir until all is lovely and combined. Place mixture in a blender and blend on very low for about 10 seconds just to fully combine. Pour chocolate into molds and place in the freezer for 20 minutes. Pop chocolates out of the mold and store in the fridge for about 2 weeks or so.
