Raw Lime Chilli And Super Greens Dressing
1/2 cup Cashews, soaked for 20 minutes
3 Limes juiced
2 Of those limes, zested
1 tsp Super greens powder (optional)
1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
chilli (to taste)
Rinse cashews and place in a blender with enough water to cover. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth and combined. if too thick add a bit more water until you reach the desired consistency. Taste and adjust to your liking!
