Pecan Hazelnut and Maca Super Cheats Chocolate "Chia Pudding"
I have a confession to make.... I don't like chia puddings. There I said it! I'm included among the portion of people that don't really enjoy the texture... Now before you're thinking of deleting this page because of this apparent raw food blasphemy hold on for just a sec as I give you:
Pecan Hazelnut and Maca super cheats chocolate "chia pudding"! DAM DAM DAM!
This beautiful recipe is for those who 1. Want a quick fix before they head out 2. Chia pudding texture disliking people:) because the chia seeds are ground up in this you don't get the gooey texture of the usual chia pudding but you get all the health benefits! WIN WIN:D
1 large ripe banana
2 tbsp cacao powder
3 tsp chia seeds
Mini handful pecans
Mini handful hazelnuts (I used activated)
1/3 tsp maca powder (optional)
2 tsp coffee alternative powder (or normal instant powder, optional)
Good pinch of salt
Cinnamon to taste
1/2 cup oat milk (or any other non dairy milk)
Place all ingridients in a blender and blend on high to fully combine. Add more liquid or sweetner to taste! Top with your favorite treats and enjoy! (Mine is activated pecans,cacao nibs, extra chia seeds,extra cinnamon and a tiny bit of maple syrup)
