Carrot Goji Coriander and Black Sesame Salad

3 carrots, shredded
small bunch coriander, chopped
1/3 cup goji berries
3 tbsp Black sesame
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds

2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
1-2 tbsp Tamari
2 tbsp water
chilli/cayenne pepper
small garlic clove chopped

whisk all dressing ingredients in a bowl. mix with salad ingredients and voile! super duper deliciousness!
