Raw Dairy Free Black Sesame Ice Cream

This luscious, delicious and indulgent ice cream is dairy free, sweetened with Banana and maple syrup and chock full of minerals and vitamins (treat, use with caution;))

1 Can full fat coconut milk
1-2 Frozen Bananas
1/2 Cup black tahini (you can also use 1 cup black sesame seeds and grind them into a flour before adding other ingredients)
1 tsp - tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Pinch of salt

Place coconut milk in the fridge for a couple of hours (make sure to use full fat coconut milk as reduced fat won't work).

Open chilled coconut milk can and scoop out the top layer (the water content will sink to the bottom while the fat content will separate to the top) place in the food processor and blend with the rest of the ingredients. make sure to taste before adding the maple syrup as the ice cream might be sweet enough with just the bananas.

Eat on the spot or place in the freezer (make sure to let thaw for a few minutes for best melting results!).
