Mango Pomegranate and Raspberries dairy free "yougurt" Chiller

1 Can coconut milk, chilled
1/2 Mango
1 Large frozen banana
1/2 cup blueberries
1/3 Cup Raspberries
2 tbsp Acai powder
1/2 Orange, juiced
1 tbsp Pomegranate molasses

Scoop the top part of the coconut milk (once chilled the fat content will separate from the water, takes about 2 hours in the refrigerator) and add remaining ingredients. Whizz up and enjoy!

(you can also add extra sweetness if you desire. the mango I used was super sweet and I found it perfect. Feel free to add maple syrup, Agave or any liquid sweetener of choice:))
