Black Tahini and Maca Truffles

These beautiful rich truffles are hormone loving, mood elevating crunchy bombs of sweetness! good for day noon or night:)

1 Cup Brazil Nuts
1 Cup Hazelnuts
3 tsp Maca
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
1 1/2 tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
1/ 3 cup Activated Buckwheat
5 tsp Black Tahini
3 heaped tbsp Almond Butter
12-14 Medjool Dates, pitted
1 tbsp Coconut Nectar (optional)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Good pinch of Salt

3 tbsp activated buckwheat

in a food processor process brazil nuts and hazelnuts to meal. add the remaining ingredients except dates and pulse to combine. Add one pitted date at a time until a sweet sticky mixture forms (the amount of dates will depend on the stickiness of the mixture). If you are happy with the sweetness and don't want to add more dates but mixture is not fully sticking and moist you can add a dash of water, nut milk or coconut milk until mixture is beautiful to work with. Add extra activated buckwheat and mix in by hand.
Shape into truffles and enjoy!:)
