Almond And Tahini Mini Truffles With Salted Vanilla And Cumin Dukkha

These little ones are just absolutely adorable and surprising to boot. The sweetness of the honey combined with the saltiness of the dukkha and the nuttiness of the tahini is a really lovely combination. If you are a Tahini fan this one's for you!:)

Dry Ingredients:

1 Cup Almond Meal
1/2 Cup Brazil Nut Meal (or any other nut will do)
2 tsp Maca
1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/2 Tsp Mesquite powder (optional)

Wet Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Tahini
1/3-2/3 Cup Milk/ Water
2 tbsp Maple Syrup (or any other sweetener)

For The Dukkha:

1 Tbsp Almond Meal
Pinch Pink Himalayan salt (or alternative)
1/8 tsp Cumin
1/8 tsp Vanilla Powder
Pinch Acai Powder (optional)
Touch Of Maple

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl then add wet ingredients until a soft dough forms, taste and adjust sweetness if needed. With your hands shape little bite sized truffles and place aside. Mix all dukkha ingredients except Maple Syrup on a flat plate. Dip the top of the mini truffles in the honey followed the the dukkha.

You can also top or coat these truffles in nut meals, coconut, chia seeds, pistachios etc... the options are really endless!
