Super Green Raw Chocolate Brownies

These are sensational! What a way to get your greens on!:D

(I used activated nuts as I just feel it gives a type of lightness to these... but you can swap for unactivated without problem!:))

1 cup Activated almonds
1/2 cup Activated Hazelnuts
1/2 cup Brazil nuts
1/3 cup Activated pistachios
1/2 cup Dessicated coconut
2 tbsp Chia seeds
1 1/2 Heaped tbsp super greens powder (I used 100% organic synergy natural super greens)
2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds
1/4 Oats (for GF you can omit this)
3 1/2 Heaped tbsp raw cacao powder
3 Really good pinches of salt
16 Large soft dates, pitted
2-3 tbsp Water

Place almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, brazil nuts, desiccated coconut and chia seeds in a food processor and process to a fine meal. Add super green powder, cacao, pumpkin seeds (papitas), oats and salt and process again to combine. Add one date at a time to the food processor until a soft sticky mixture forms.
If the mixture is sweet enough for your liking but not lovely and moist add one tbsp at a time of water until a you reach the desired consistency.

In a 20x20 loose base cake tin speared the mixture evenly then press with your hands to compact. level out and place in the fridge to set.

Portion and ENJOY!

(Ps. you can melt some raw chocolate over the top of these beauties and sprinkle with cacao nibs, chopped nuts or more papitas!:))
