Vegan Golden Turmeric Drink With Oats Milk And Ginger

What a healing way to start the day!

Serves 2

2 small cups oats milk
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp maple syrup
1 small piece of fresh ginger chopped
Tiny squeeze of lemon juice
Pinch of cardamom
Pinch of ground black pepper
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp vanilla (optional)

Place all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a gentle heat. Strain into cups and enjoy!
